A simple and easy way to make lasagna with the 10 minute cook. There are three parts to making a lasagna, there's making the meat sauce, making the white sauce and the third part is just assembling it all together it placing it in the oven.

Start off by heating a little olive oil in a pan and then adding some chopped onions, leaving them to cook for a minute. Add in this two cloves of garlic chopped, some parsley, a teaspoon of oregano. As it cooks, start adding about 250 grams of minced beef and minced pork. Eventually the meat will turn brown, now add a pinch of salt, half a bottle of Italian passata (about 175 grams), two teaspoons of tomato puree and lastly about 250 ml of water. Leave it to simmer for 30-40 minutes but keep on stirring.

For the white sauce you need 500 grams of ricotta cheese in a bowl, add to it an egg, some chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese, a pinch of nutmeg and 2 tablespoons of milk and a pinch of salt. That makes the sauce.

When the meat sauce is done add a teaspoon of sugar and two dessert spoonfuls of milk to take the sharpness away from the tomatoes.

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and put into it the assembled layers of lasagna, in a tray of course, made from placing the meat sauce on top of which goes a lasagna sheet and then the white sauce and so on. Place it in for 30 minutes and you're ready to eat.
